o Process various transactions and handle routine customer service issues working within established operational guidelines, policies, and procedures.
o Perform these functions while providing an exemplary level of customer service.
o Answer routine customer questions on various banking related products and services and recognize opportunities to make referrals as appropriate.
Job Requirements for the Part Time Teller:
o Enjoys working with a variety of people and in a team environment.
o Previous customer service experience is preferred.
o Knowledgeable in the use of computers and other technologieso Able to interact easily with others and displays strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Organized, able to multitask and adapt well to change.
o Exemplary customer service skills.
Specific Job Functions for the Part Time Teller:
o Responsible for handling and responding to customer service requests promptly and efficiently.
o Processes a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently.
o Builds and maintains a strong knowledge of the Bank's products and services to cross sell and make referrals appropriately.
o Provides quality customer service to external customers and coworkers.
o Participates in on-going job-related training programs including sales, service, compliance, and product knowledge.
o Balances cash drawer accurately and efficiently.
o Assists branch team with all teller related tasks as needed.
o Understands and adheres to various policies and procedures including security, compliance, and operations.
o Performs additional duties as required.
